Kim is excellent at what she does. She’s knowledgeable and approachable. Her abilities to assist customers surpass expectations. I has been calling for about 4 days trying to get in contact with Alexis to order an evaporator. After 4 days of not hearing back, I decided to go directly to the dealership and was greeted by Kim. I explained the situation and she immediately contacted the warehouse to ordered the piece and she was able to accommodate me and get me in the next day.
