I was disappointed by such a huge price increase in oil filter change and tire rotation. The price went from $47.00 to over $70.00 for the same service. I will definitely shop around for these same service in the future.

The servicing went well and finished within an hour. My problem was that the mechanic touched and changed items on my screen. First the AC’s temp and fan setting was changed. Second the Bluetooth was unable to function when I received a phone call while driving home. Finally and the most aggravating was that the speedometer was changed from miles to kilometers. The others were quick fixes but the speedometer change took several hours of looking through the Owners Manual, going through all car settings and a phone call to service department with no solution. After no return call from managers I was able to find an answer to rectify the problem on You Tube. Imagine I would have had to go back to Fort Pierce and return, a 36 mile journey, because the manual and the service department had no answer but some guy online was smart enough to find out how to do it.

Service did take a lot longer than expected - 2.5 hours for a diagnosis, otherwise Stanley and Master Technician Tony was fantastic. I understand that sometimes things can get hectic with other customers before they can get to my vehicle. I will gladly give them 5 out of 5 stars!
