I deferred the final decision to commit to a major decision pending more information. I tried several times to reach Kim later in the day for confirmation but never received a call back. I would like to proceed with the costly repair if I understood Kim correctly but need confirmation. Other than being incommunicado, everything else was positively top notch in every way. I would like to have someone call me regarding the total cost and whether the diagnostic charge can be deducted from the total if the work is done at Bev Smith Toyota....thank you.
