Arrived at 645 and there were 2-3 service advisor checking people in.
I had to wait until 7:10 for a service advisor because I was assigned to someone that came in at 7. The other advisors were available
I was getting an oil change and tire rotation. I also ask to see what the check engine light but was never told there would be $185 charge, Auto Zone and Advanced Auto provide those services free.
I called and spoke with the Service Manager and he would only offer 1/2 of that service.
I not happy, canceling my Saturday appointment for my Camry and won’t be bringing my Tundra in anymore.
This results in losing 3 vehicles to service and when I purchase my next Toyota it won’t be there.
