My car was in the shop for four hours it was up on the rack for two hours with wheels off, and no one touched it I was told that needed new rotors and brakes after being only one year old and 13,000 miles. dealership pass is Allison. She should be promoted for her genuine sincerity. My last car I bought was at Toyota of Vero Beach, and I will go back there again.

Instead of the 0W20 synthetic we agreed on, Bev Smith put 5W30 Bulk oil. Our RAV4 lives in Wisconsin so the lighter weight oil is important for cold winter starting. Even Toyota recommends the 0W20.
