During first round of service, the lube tech didn't seat my oil filter correctly causing me and my wife to have to tow the vehicle back to the dealership at 9pm, then the following morning after they resolved that issue, there was dirt and oil all inside the interior of the car, the exterior of the car still had oil on it from when it sprayed everywhere, and there was still oil piled up on the skid plate under the motor from where they hadn't cleaned up their messes. The service member answering phones had no idea how to resolve the issue when we called from the side of the road with a vehicle that wouldn't run. It also took 2 hours for the oil change to be done even with a scheduled appointment. All of the above is unacceptable and it is highly displeasing that the service department allows this level of unprofessionalism. If they can't handle a simple oil change how do they work with more advanced repairs or services?

(The last time I was there the service rep didn’t show my coupon on the receipt. He said he deducted from the price. I found that confusing. I wasn’t sure what I was charged.)
