There was grease all over the door threshold and on my Weather Tech mat on the drivers side. The hood was not properly latched and I had to stop on I-95 to close it, it is a good thing the secondary latch was working. I was told it would take 1.5 hours or so and it took 2.5 hours. I don’t mind the time of the job is done well but this time you slipped.

Kevin was very professional and informative. The problem apparently is with Toyota Corp. Severe squeal from front brakes while backing on a cold start. No fix at this time. I have had 5 tundras in the past and none have done this. Why can’t they solve this? Isn’t this what they get paid for? Plus I thought it was coming from the rear and was advised it was the front. If they know it’s the front then they know what the fix is.

Not happy at all!! On a scale of one to ten I would rate it a ZERO!! I had an oil change and tires rotated. After leaving the dealership I went only a quarter of a mile and my right rear tire almost came off. It was held on by only one lug nut, one was snapped off, one missing and two ready to come off , it was held on by only one lug which was not tight at all !!! This could have been a disaster!!! If that tire had come off in traffic it could have been very serious let alone the damage it would have done to the car. They checked it out and said they found no damage to the hub or brakes . Hard to believe after snapping off lugs. Thank goodness my wife was not driving the car.
