My only input would be to have the girl greeting when I pulled up be just a tad more welcoming with a smile and be more courteous. First impressions… After having the same trustworthy advisors for the past 15 years it’s hard to find a new one , who won’t upsell you before they even gained your trust.

Saturday December 3rd was my second time being disappointed with the service performed on my vehicle. Once again it was a tire issue. I had my 5,000 mile service done. I was sure to take a quick video of the rims on each tire prior to the service. And when I received the car back one of my rims had 2 scratches on it. I am very careful and keep my car clean and looking new. I went back in and talked to Angel my service advisor. She went in and talked the manager and he said he would get back with me to get it repaired. I have had the car since April and now this incident with the rim. I want to get it repaired like it was when I brought it in. New no scratches or marks. I am very disappointed once again. I don’t think I will trust the tires being rotated again from your service. I am hoping to hear from the manager by tomorrow or I will be calling.

The price for the service was with In my budget but they told me it would take from 1 to 2 hours and I was ok but I became really frustrated when it became a total of 3 on my first vehicle and the second day on the second for my second vehicle they told me 1 to 2 hours also which I was ok with it but it became a total of 4 hours . I also got extremely frustrated and I think it was extremely ridiculous the extra 2 hours when my vehicle was sitting already outside and finished for 30 minutes and no one was doing anything to check me out and when I went and asked they told me that my advisor had went out to the bank and that he would be back shortly and that time became the 30 minutes that my car was ready . Someone should have checked me out other than my advisor.

What I like the most about my service was - there was someone who Came out and offered everyone who was sitting outside some smacks- I thought that very generous of Bev Toyota to do that . I really appreciated- services were very fast as well Henry

I was upset about the fact that you guys didn’t fix the problems. I bought my preowned tundra on 5/18/22. I found some of existing problem with the AC blower motor not working, but instead you guys want to charge me for that. And my low fuel dash warning signal not working at all.. very disappointed. I have owned multiple Toyota vehicles in the past, and last 3 came from bev smith.
