Mr. Carpio was very nice. I don’t believe you should send out brochures stating an oil change costs $59.95, then charge $95.00 + for the service. I was charged $50.00 labor for a mechanic to open one bolt. I was under the impression the oil change would be $59.95. I will have my car serviced elsewhere from now on. Your pricing is ridiculous!
Mr. Carpio explained everything and said my car is like a new car. Usually when cars are brought in they are washed. That didn’t happen either. Oh well!
