There was clearly confusion about my name, email and address when I arrived on Monday morning, even though I answered an appointment confirming phone call on Saturday and had brought an older vehicle in for servicing less than two years ago. Aside from that service was completed in a timely fashion and everyone was great.

It hasn’t been a week since I had my car serviced. They replaced lots of parts and I spent a lot of money. I was hoping after all they did , my car will be running better and be more quiet but it’s the opposite. I’m hearing more noise now when the engine is running but the car is sedentary/ parked. I don’t know what the mechanic did or forgot to do but he didn’t do a good job. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed. Hope you’ll really screen your service staff before hiring and make sure they are competent at what they do. Not a good service at all. ??????
