I appreciate the service especially in light of my appointment not showing up. My one issue was the somewhat persistent asking about trading in my car. I love my car and depend on it and do not wish to trade it in. A simple “no” should’ve been the end of it. Otherwise I had a lovely experience, especially chatting about pizza with Michael.

I paid for an oil change and that wasn't done. I went home and parked for 5 hrs then I went to check my oil. Oil wasn't changed. Further assessment of my oil pan and cap prove that nothing was done in that regard
