I don’t think an oil change should take an hour and a half. Also my truck was brought out and then there was a discussion about some additional charges, cabin air filter , engine air filter and wiper blades. I was told if approved they would get it back into the shop. After an hour and a half I was done. Additional should be discussed before the into is brought out to the customer. You need to stream line your service. Not impressed
