There was grease all over the door threshold and on my Weather Tech mat on the drivers side. The hood was not properly latched and I had to stop on I-95 to close it, it is a good thing the secondary latch was working. I was told it would take 1.5 hours or so and it took 2.5 hours. I don’t mind the time of the job is done well but this time you slipped.

Kevin was very professional and informative. The problem apparently is with Toyota Corp. Severe squeal from front brakes while backing on a cold start. No fix at this time. I have had 5 tundras in the past and none have done this. Why can’t they solve this? Isn’t this what they get paid for? Plus I thought it was coming from the rear and was advised it was the front. If they know it’s the front then they know what the fix is.
