Plabo was excellent, took time to answer my questions, explain what he recommended and why. The lady who made my reservation by phone today was absolutely wonderful. I was upset about my initial arrival at the service area. The lady I spoke with not only took care of my issues, she remained professional and turned a disappointed client into a happy client. Lewis, the shuttle drive was so a please to chat with. These three individuals are assets to your team.

I’m having an issue with paring my phone contacts with my vehicle. The problem isn’t resolved but Pablo went above and beyond trying to fix the problem. I told him he did enough today and I would take it and play with it to see if I could get to work out of the dealership area. It may be my phone. I would let me know.
