You must know that you are rated by the staff who works with and for you…. I have always been very pleased with your entire line up of people that represent you. From Joe Cleri , who has sold me my last six cars, to Tyler Johnson who is my service provider whenever I have a problem or need a check up done for my car. These people are the ones who do what Bev Smith wants as they’re up front representatives. Your entire team has been doing the job that any company should want to be represented by. Your dealership charges twice as much for a vehicle inspection as the dealership in Stuart. I was told my inspection cost would count towards the overall cost of repairs, and it did not. The repairs (a battery replacement) did not fix the issue, nor did the dealership return my calls.
