The showroom atmosphere is deplorable , loud jive **** music blaring into the service waiting area, no one in their right mind would walk into the showroom with the intent on making a deal with that music and all the salesman running around trying to chase their tail. I don't appreciate being pranced on by the sales department every time I bring my vehicle in to be serviced . They hunt you down whether you are waiting inside or outside. My service rep Kim was awesome and service department is great.
