One of the arm rest door handles was supposed to be replaced during this visit as it has come apart. Although it most recently went out of warranty (which I felt for the amount we paid for an extended warranty and the price of my sequoia, it should still be covered) but we still asked to have it replaced when the appointment was made and we were going to go ahead and pay for it. This was apparently not communicated to whomever needed to know by Toyota and the part was not in stock. Now another service appointment will have to be made and honestly getting my SUV in for service is not an easy task nor a short trip.

Ten thousand mile intervals between oil changes is too long.
The engine was running rough around 19,000 miles and after the oil change, I clearly noticed the engine was running more smoothly.
