I kept my appointment for 11:30AM. HE kept me waiting for almost 2 hours without saying anything to me. Finally I went to him to find out how much longer I have to wait that was when he told me another 2 hours because there is one other person a head of me. So I took my keys and left.

I exclusively ask for Tim Seymour as my service representative at Bev Smith. He is the single biggest reason I come back to Bev Smith. His honesty and integrity are something I hold dear as in this day and age it is rare. When Tim told me that I needed tires I knew he was telling me the truth. He should be teaching other service technicians how to work with people. The problem is it’s simple tell the truth and treat everyone as you want to be treated and Tim does it every time!

I arrived at 645am for my 7am appointment however, no one came to my vehicle until 715am to ask can they help me, although I saw multiple vehicles arrived after me, being helped and the vehicles were driven to the repair shop. This is piss poor customer service and communication. This is why I stopped patronizing this dealership, due to the poor customer service. I found out the person that was supposed to check me in wasn't supposed to report until 9am.
