2-1/2 hours was excessive for the oil change/rotation and tire patch. For the second service in a row, I was denied using a coupon that you had on your website. When I brought my vehicle home, I noticed an oil stain on my driveway. For all of these reasons, I was once again not completely satisfied with my experience. Sylvia was wonderful, but was the only one out there with any expedience in her work ethic. Three blue shits standing around. Sylvia gets a 5!

I have never seen anything like this in my life. I have no idea why it takes 4 hours for an oil change. I feel bad for the person who takes payments. She is getting yelled at all day long. You should really figure out a solution to your problem. First maybe take less appointments and stop being so greedy. You should be a shamed of your customer service and the lies they tell there customers.
