I would like to have a follow up. If requested a time frame of service requested. It is hard to plan the time frame as a customer for the service.

I had a coupon for $20 rewards points that I used today. It didn’t show on my receipt. When I called to ask if was applied I was told that the credit was deducted from the labor portion of the receipt and that is why I couldn’t see it deducted. I have always seen it on my receipt in the past and would prefer to see it clearly deducted. I have been coming faithfully to your dealership for over 10 years. I recently had my car painted there and was very disappointed with my service. I never received a survey for the paint job , so I added it to this survey. . Would be happy to explain my disappointment if you are interested. Thanks
