I traveled an hour to and from Okeechobee to wait an additional 3.5 hours for a simple oil change for a total of 5.5 hours out of my day for what shouldn’t have taken more than an hour. It wasn’t until after I got my vehicle back that I was given an apology and explanation of being short staffed and down two lifts. Which is not my problem. If I had been given the courtesy of knowing this before hand I’d have rescheduled. It was absolutely unacceptable!

The music from the sales floor was annoying. The choice of music was not what I would like to listen to, even at a reasonable volume. It sounded more like a night club than a place of business.
My service rep, Sylvia, was very good. She was, in fact, the only redeeming quality to the torturous ordeal.
