I arrived at 645am for my 7am appointment however, no one came to my vehicle until 715am to ask can they help me, although I saw multiple vehicles arrived after me, being helped and the vehicles were driven to the repair shop. This is piss poor customer service and communication. This is why I stopped patronizing this dealership, due to the poor customer service. I found out the person that was supposed to check me in wasn't supposed to report until 9am.
