My back is killing me. They don’t move the seats back. I’m tall so when I got into my car it about killed me. Anthony was right there and saw it. Why don’t they put the seats back to where they were? It would be so nice and make the experience a lot better.

An appointment was made to fix the side mirror on my car. I spoke with someone in parts and service to clarify what needed to be fixed. After arriving for the appointment and waiting 90 minutes, I was told that the part was not there and I would have to come back again to fix the mirror. This was a complete waste of my time and now I have to take off an additional morning of work to get the problem fixed that should have been fixed on Wednesday. So yes, about as bad an experience as you could ask for but no other choice.
