I am compelled to mention how pleasant it is to work with a kind person that treated my service efficient and timely. The guy that brought my truck to me didn’t say a word. And he left all the paper and plastic in the vehicle, so I removed it before going to Sarah for my invoice. She was unaware, and I didn’t bother her with it.

I do not like the fact that my batteries and tires for life program was discontinued. Why have something like that and then the fine print says they can discontinue it at any time.
