Scott is great. He’s attentive , very easy to reach on the phone, which is rare these days. Toyota of Vero Beach used to service my truck, unfortunately they are no longer trustworthy. I’ll be bringing my truck to Scott for all future service. I thought it was unusual to pay the service advisor instead of the cashier. I would have preferred to pay the cashier. I’m totally satisfied with Scott and your dealership.

There was a lot of fumbled information referencing my tires and they were all checked on inspection in green but then had a quote for replacement for one tire with said to be worn and steel showing, but no one could agree on which tire they were referencing, the first time was one of the brand new tires in the vehicle then it was oh nope it’s this one then oh nope it’s this one. Very inconsistent.
