Service at my Lexus dealer is about the same price and they wash and vacuum my vehicle. My service took 2.5hours only for an oil change and filter that should take about an hour. You should try to have Express service oil changes. Everyone that was at your dealership was waiting for their oil change to be completed. Yes I am originally from the North but, you people need to move way more quickly than that.
