I thanked him and went inside. When it was finished he came with the paperwork. All in all I had no complaints.

Was implied by salesman that I would receive free oil changes with the purchase of my vehicle whenever I brought my car for service. Yesterday was was third time I had brought in my vehicle for an oil change and was informed that I had only two complimentary oil changes which had been used - which is not what I had been told by the salesman. I even brought in a coupon that had a 25,000 mile complimentary oil change and tire rotation (my vehicle had 24,500 miles). When I showed this to Pablo, he said he could deduct charge for tire rotation but not oil change even though it was on the coupon. He took the coupon and attached it to his paperwork. When I purchased the vehicle I even had a friend with me who is a paralegal and heard the salesman, Fabio Keen tell me I would receive complimentary oil changes every time I would bring in my vehicle. He said he would make notes in the agreement. I also paid $1,200 extra for a maintenance plan. I know it’s not a big deal to Bev Smith but I felt taken advantage of and lied to just so that a sale could be made. When I’m ready to trade in my vehicle for a brand new one, I will not be going to Bev Smith.
