Someone who had access to my car during my appointment ate my candy I had in my car. While yes it is only candy and not expensive it's the principle of it. It is disrespectful to take someone's personal belongings without asking. I never thought I had to worry about what I leave in my car during a service but now I'm worried about leaving anything of value in my car when it's out of my sight.

Kim is THE BEST! She provides quality service every time I bring in my vehicle. She keeps me informed as the work I request gets done and is diligent about explaining to me not only what will be done but the specific charges for each of the maintenance or repairs that I requested. She also regularly updates me in Service and maintenance that will need to be done at the appropriate mileage. Could not find a single flaw!!
