Usually your company runs like a well oiled machine. This time horrible service from Sarah or lack there of. I waited in my car 20 minutes without acknowledgement from anyone Sarah included. Finally a young girl told me Sarah was notified as soon as I drove up, all these people standing around talking and not a word to me, very disappointed in my service there. What should have happened is Sarah should have came and at least acknowledged me and said she was busy and get to me as soon as she can, I would have been fine with that. Do you know when I saw Sarah? When I was picking my car up!!!! Please so not ever give me Sarah as my point person to see.
