I arrived for routine maintenance without an appointment (because in my experience over the last 20 years whether you have an appointment or not there is always a wait) and was told that because I didn’t have an appointment it would be at least a two hour wait to even speak to an advisor
I was literally the only car in the drive way three of the five employees were playing on their phone and I stood and waited almost half an hour. I recently spent over $1000 on unscheduled maintenance for a problem and today’s routine maintenance cost me almost another thousand dollars; I realize my car has 165,000 miles on it, but that’s a little much
