Sarah was great. She went over all of the recommended services for my vehicle and thoroughly answered my questions. She was friendly, kind, and warm. This experience, service, and advisor was by far better than my last experience at Toyota.

Tyler was excellent, a true professional. The rest of my experience was a goddamn disaster. You emailed me three times, called four times and sent me text messages just to confirm my appointment. Additionally your sales team called me more than once asking to buy my vehicle. While Tyler was excellent and I really appreciate his work, the rest of my experience with your facility is an absolute black mark on the management team who gets 0 stars. Problem not fixed but, the brake issue is a Toyota Corporate problem that the dealership probably can’t fix. The water leak inside the cab could not be located.
The service rep did all he could do and was very pleasant to deal with.
Note: The lady that cleans the reception area and bathrooms is the hardest working person I have ever seen. You must be proud to have her working for your company

I’ve had a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and this is my third Toyota and this one we purchased brand new from Bev Smith Toyota and it’s just over three years old. The steering wheel is peeling we’ve had cars with over 100,000 miles and they’ve never had this problem. We are hoping Toyota will stand behind the product, so when I make my next purchase in a couple years, I’ll understand how Toyota values customer experience and quality so let’s see what happens. Hopefully they will replace the steering wheel at no charge as we have done nothing wrong. Thank you.
