Stop trying to buy my brand new vehicle. When the “VIP” team finds out you have service they **** you and tell u they want your car. I think this comes off as a vulture or predatory type action. I have heard people say they don’t want to bring the car in for service due to this type of contact.
They offer me less than I paid for my car and try and put me in a lesser car,
Non hybrid. My car is less than 6 months old, bought from you. Do you think this makes me feel good about Bev Smith? Not at all!

The tires and batteries for life is not for life. I will not be using BevSmith service center ever again. I do hope at some point you will be served with deceptive practice., and Bev smith Toyota will be held accountable. Tyler is the only person I trusted there.
