Ana in customer waiting area was exceptionally attentive to my needs. She recognized that I am disabled and she voluntarily fixed my coffee so I would not have to get up. I hope you give her some public recognition for super customer support. Thank you.

I had a regular service of oil change, filter, tire rotation and you included a Multipoint Inspection which said the battery was good.
I looked under the hood today to check the head lights and I noticed that the battery terminals were heavily corroded and I was quite surprised that your service technician didn’t clean them. It was very noticeable.
I have owned serval small businesses and over 99% of my problems were always caused by someone else’s Carelessness, Stupidly and or Don’t Give a Damn Attitude.
Bev Smith Toyota obviously had the same issues.

Kim was awesome. I love her she is a great valuable asset to the company. My only complaint is next time a customer complains of an issue. The mechanics in the back need to further investigate it before they deem it not a problem or in my situation there is no plug in the tire which I helped put it in there so I knew there was one in there, they didn’t further investigated other than that everything was great

I was very satisfied with Tory’s service. What bothered me more was the waiting room where Family Feud was on the air with references to breasts and penises and other sexual references . There was a family with a young child in there and felt it was totally unacceptable.
