I was not very happy when I arrived. I wasn’t aware there was construction going on and things were a little unorganized. I was told it wouldn’t be a problem for me to just drop off my car and pick it up after it was serviced. I had to wait quite awhile and wasn’t happy, since I had someone waiting on me to drive me home. I have been bringing my car to this dealership for 12 years and have never had an issue before. Once Natoria finally took my information and started the process, I was then able to leave. Natoria was very professional. She called me and explained to me the items that needed to be replaced on my car. She did her best to make sure I understood what was needed and why. She was patient and answered any questions I had.I was very satisfied with her service. She made what started out as a bad experience a positive one.
