Erika was fine. Polite and respectful. I had a 9:30 appointment. Was on time. At 12:15 I had no information about my car. Where was the failure when you let a wanting customer sit 2 hours 45 minutes? Had to take pictures of a computer screen instead of the detailed estimate that I asked for.

I felt like the lady that I was forced to deal with was pretentious, rude and mean spirited. They didn’t do what I needed them to do and that’s figure out the problem with my car. I feel like I’m driving a ticking time bomb one day it’s just gonna not start again and they didn’t do a thorough enough investigation to see what was wrong with it because the lady was pretentious in route and didn’t try to understand my problem.

My advisor Kim is the absolute Best. She’s wonderful. But… it’s now 20 months my brakes scream so loud that it’s embarrassing to drive this vehicle. Toyota STILL CLAIMS THEY HAVE NO FIX. I’m driving Toyotas over 20 years and have NEVER heard they can’t fix a problem.
