They tried to scam me into buying a new tire by telling me that there was a breech in the sidewalk of my tire. They showed me a still photo on a piece of wire in my sidewall that was not there when I took my car I . I and my husband checked!! We declined to purchase a new tire an went to bjs who told us there was no breeches in the sidewall and stated that it appeared that someone purposely placed a piece of wire at an angle in the sideo.The tire tech At bjs pulled out the wire and showed us tho there were no breeches or leaking in that area!!! I am currently driving on that same tire with no issues!!! I called and spoke to your service manager who was very condescending!!!!! Did not place any concerns on my problem. NEVER AGAIN!! I have purchased 4 vehicles from bev smith Toyota !!! You people said I’m a VI P customer And this is how I was treated!!APALLING!!!!! I’ll spread the word that you people are shady and rip off your customers!!!!!
