Customer service was awe full. I called and got transferred 4 times by your incompetent receptionist. I ask to speak to Andrew my service advisor and got hung up on. I left something in your customer lounge today and the receptionist told me to come myself and look for it. I don’t know what I’m expected to rate this on but. I had a 10 o’clock appointment for an oil change which took almost 2 hours and it was not busy. And I can’t get a call back. I see a lot of people sitting around doing nothing.

My appointment was at 12 but I had to wait till 12:15 till someone came out to assist after I checked in at the service line. I told the person who checked me in that I am on lunch and I can’t wait around much longer and at that point I was told to go into the trailer to get help. Then I was told Anthony was out to lunch. At that point another person assisted me. When I came to get my car my window was rolled down so when I got into my car I had flying insects in my car.
