I made an appointment to come in and get the trunk support strut replaced.
They took my car into the back and two and a half hours later when my car came back out They said that they needed to order the part.
If I knew that I would not have brought the car there and waited for 2 and 1/2 hours because they knew they didn't have that part when I made the appointment.
The service rep was very apologetic and I understand that it is not her fault but I feel like that was a complete waste of time because now I have to schedule another appointment when the part is in tomorrow but I can't bring the car tomorrow because I have to work so I actually don't know when I will be able to come back to get this done and that is quite frustrating.
I have a very common model car The Camry LE you would think they would have extra of those parts available in stock at all times because it's probably a pretty common thing to be replaced.
So for this particular visit I was not satisfied because I still have to come back and spend more time waiting to get this part replaced.
