Very happy with my vehicle, very happy with Kim as my service advisor, and that's the point my happiness ends! The dealership and constant BOMBARDMENT of texts, emails, phone calls about buying my vehicle, I HATE it, have asked & and asked fir it to STOP, but it continues. Can't even take my car in for service because it opens the flood gates of harassment again for buying my car, PLEASE STOP. Today, right now, I will never purchase a vehicle from Bev Smith again unless something changes with the ongoing non approved non requested solicitations!
You will lose this customer if it doesn't stop!
