I realize I will never be satisfied because your service charges are ridiculous. While I must admit everyone was friendly and professional at Bev Smith Toyota. It was disappointing to know how much of an up charge there was. I get that the bills have to be paid and the staff but $90 something dollars to do a not even 5 minute light bulb change is like I said ridiculous.
