I made an appointment for an oil change and also requested online to have new windshield wipers installed. After the vehicle was checked, they told me that I didn’t need any of these things and that on my next visit, I may need front end alignment, and the oil change. I appreciate the service department saving me money. However, I have traveled 23,000 miles with the vehicle and I thought it may need an oil change.
