I spent over $200 for a tire balance/alignment and nearly 3 hours for my tires to be balanced, rotated and alignment. My tires were not properly inflated to the recommended PSI as shortly after my tire light came on. I had to fill the tires from 27 PSI up to the recommended 33 PSI for my car. Kim did fantastic as always, but I’m disappointed by the service department, especially after paying so much for a simple service.

I waited 3 hours for an oil change. No one communicated with me the whole time of why I was waiting that long. Service advisor then told me that the new tech didnt put filter on and oil went everywhere rushed my paperwork and didnt even tell me what was recommended. Found out he left for day right after, was told 15 mins by him waited another 25 to 30 had to ask what was up with my car spoke to manager at this point car came out within 5 mins. Got home and car made knocking noise in motor. Had to go back next morning everything was checked out and it was good still dont know why car was knocking bad after the oil incident. Missed a couple hours of work unpaid bc of all of this. I have been dealing with toyota since for a very long time first time at this location I wasn't pleased with how things were handled. Manager took care of me the next day and I appreciated that
