Kim was great with her assistance, however I had to wait for two hours for a scheduled oil change , I was interested in other services to be done but via the email service you use, the request for these services did not come through until my car was almost done and I tried to add 2 services suggested by the inspector, the internet would not allow me to request them, saying the request were no longer available and went to the payment screen . Hopefully when the renovations are completed this can be resolved so I can be made aware earlier. Again Kim was good but communication system was poor .

Kim and Mike are good and took care of me.
You need to take some lessons from Cohan Honda Down the street. I took my wife's Honda in for service and they keep me totally up to date about what was happening.
My truck was in your service bay for several weeks more than once. To get a status update I had to drive to your dealership several times. And when I finally got my truck back who ever put the console back together did a poor job. Screws weren't installed, foot rest was not installed and the trip reset know is pinned under the plastic. It is not usable the way it is now.
