They rotated the tires when I told him not to I’ve been getting worse mileage out of my gas since I purchased a vehicle after the last two free oil changes when I first purchased a vehicle I have one lug nut missing it took them almost 4 hours to put it on so the service department I don’t have any trust in them because last time I brought my car in the last time and for oil change, and it was a quart low and they had to bring it back to fill it back up. it feels like every time I go there I get treated like crap even when I first bought the vehicle I never got acknowledged, or even thanked. Even my mom wasn’t even thanked or even acknowledged she even says we both agree on that buying this car was like the worst blind date I ever ever been on, because you never know what you’re gonna get I’ve been having issues with this vehicle since day when I had it to start shut off switch in the car for the battery. Save mode has been malfunctioning since day one I bought it and they haven’t fixed it. My screen keeps going off on the main screen of the car controls all the functions it just turned off again last night while on 95 which I had to pull off the side of the road and turn the car off and on and it’s not my battery cause it’s still showing 14 V like I bought it the first day I bought it but now the manager say Michael says I have dead battery or two dead cells in my battery so now I have to pay for it which is ridiculous when I bought this car from a salesman name Mitchel , and then when I went in the day or two after he was fired and my car, I can’t get fixed or even taken care of since I purchased this vehicle there’s issues with this car. I have a list of issues and nobody wants to hear or fix them the 12 V in the back of the car doesn’t work the USB port don’t work. The main screen on the computer of the car does not work. It goes off and all when it wants to . I tried going in there speaking with different salesman and I talked to Liz Ivy and she tried to apologize up and down for all the stuff going on but I still have to now sell out $8000 and have my mom cosign just to get out of the vehicle that I put 6000 down, in May or June when I purchased a vehicle which is not right all because I’m $8000 negative and equity they can’t figure out to put me in a vehicle. That’s cheaper after they do what they did and put me into a vehicle that was a demo car that had all these issues that never got addressed or fixed and my shut off and on switch for the car. The battery save mode. Light is still goes on and off when I bring it into the shop it doesn’t show up when I drive away a couple days later it shows up and won’t work and I’m stuck at a stoplight , but it doesn’t show up in the computer so if you want to make me happy you can call me back at ****-****-xxxx or I might be in there most likely Saturday to look at a truck to see if they can get me into that but I got no money down and they want me to try to put a car that has 42,000 miles on it for a vehicle that has 174,000 miles on it just to get me out of the vehicle that I’m in now which is not right not good business

Kim was fantastic! She listened to my concerns and had the technician address them all. And I also can't say enough about Sal... he quickly identified the source of the noise and was so great about explaining everything. When the job was done, my car ran like it just came off the showroom floor thanks to his work. An excellent experience and I will be asking for both Kim and Sal to take care of all my future automotive needs!!
