Understandable that it took over an hour and 45 minutes even with an appointment but it was a really long time......everyone was very nice....I did put a call in to the parts gentleman who was in trailer #2 and didn't receive a call back.....I wanted him to go ahead and order touch up paint for my vehicle which you didn't have in stock.....
