My service rep Tyler K is a phenomenal man and a true professional.. His ability to manage personalities during a very unpleasant experience is beyond great.However altogether I truly believe that I spent $2,300 on a misdiagnosis. I was told that I had a bad catalytic converter, which I replaced only for the check engine light to remain on. Once the $300.00 sensor was fixed, that fixed the problem. Overall my very 1st experience at Bev smith will likely be my last. I will continue to drive 2 hours to Orlando to be serviced as long as I own my Toyota.
