Janina told me what to expect about time it would take for my free service! I got there early so they wouldn’t be able to take me until my scheduled time and then around 40 minutes! She told me what 5,000 mile service entailed! Let me know when it would be 20 more minutes and then again when it was ready! Very satisfied with the service department!
