Beyond unsatisfied!!
You took over ten days to repair my vehicle.
You didn’t keep me informed and you lied about contacting me. My favorite, hello Mr Russell we were just about to call you, lol. Saying you left messages when you didn’t. You tried to change me $2150 instead of the quoted $1800. You returned my vehicle looking like it had been setting in a junkyard for two years.More bird crap than a NY city statue. After complaining I get a call that evening stating that you would cover the cost of a carwash..I found it odd that she didn’t want a copy of receipt that evening as I told her that I had it cleaned that afternoon, she said she would Text me from her cell the next day to request it. It’s now been four days and not a peep! I will be posting reviews w/photos on every social warning others to go to Stuart,Vero any Toyota dealer but yours.

Paid for multi inspections, and my tire sensor light was on before I brought the car to service. My report came back with everything ok. How is that possible. It is always something with this service department. That is why, I rather go to southern 441 Toyota.

Erika Sator was fine She did the best she could. The person on the telephone who I made the appointment with did not do a good job. She said you had the parts for a recall. I drop the car off this morning. I got a phone call. Two hours later that you didn’t have the parts. The person on the phone did not do a good job. I have a RAV4 prime that had a recall on its charging system so I am less than thrilled with Bev smith Toyota. The person on the phone is either lazy or incompetent.

Alignment is worse than when I brought it in for check. Steering wheel is off
And truck drifts right. Wandering feels more apparent. A serious concern is that the alignment rack at Kia was faulty and the angle numbers
Were jittering meaning unstable. The alignment on my truck was a guesstimate also when the Tech loosened up the right controlarm
For the caster camber adjustment,the suspension on the right side
Just dropped completely! That tells me the cam adjuster needs to be replaced! This is a new car people! Very frustrated with Toyota products!

Heaven was a very nice young lady and helpful. When she introduced herself I complained I still have no idea how to use the information center. I couldn’t even turn the. Radio on. She tried and said it was a little different but when she takes the car back she’ll find out. Sure enough after the work was done she brought the car out with the radio playing!
