Tori is always exceptional but I have a big problem with this service department due to their laziness and terrible customer service skills.
I had to pay $300 for a replacement key because I was advised even by management that I did not have key replacement and when I requested twice that a message was sent to Tori to give me a call,that was not done.I had to call Tori days after and she advised me I did have key replacement.
I am waiting on upper management to deal with this issue.

Do not replace Hybrid batteries ever. A 1 year warranty on a 4000 dollar battery does not make any sense. If the battery goes. Replace the car.

Didn't top off wiper fluid. It was low . I use alot of it..the paperwork said it needed to be done but wasn't done. The service team left paper and the plastic in the vehicle. Didn't take it out and throw it away.

When the inspection, oil change and tire rotation was completed I was simply told “You’re all set “. Of course I left thinking everything was okay. When I arrived home and looked at the print out I was stunned to see how many corrections were suggested. This should have been discussed while I was still at the service center
