My husband was told it would be approx 1.5 hours. It was 3 hours later they were done but he had to keep asking for updates since no one went yo tell him it would be a little longer. In addition, I still do not feel my Tacoma is running the way it should. I use as much gas as my 2002 suburban, it sounds like a diesel truck, sometimes starts to shake when sitting at a light and it has no power. I have been saying all this since my 1st service but I am being told it’s all normal. My friend has the same truck and it does not happen to hers. I am sorry I bought the truck! To late now. I think it’s ridiculous that the car doesn’t get a simple wash. The excuse provided no because of the construction, yet you have a lot full of clean cars. Outside that the advisor was fine after all it’s a tire rotation.
