Lady Flores took care of all my concerns, including what I thought was a high vehicle Revving issue. She had the technician check out my concern. I was later informed that’s how the new 23 Highlander 4LT runs.
It was my first service with this vehicle and I was in and out in no time!

Leave your customers alone. I have been bombarded with text emails phone calls etc. no I don’t want to sell my damn vehicle, yes I am going to make my appointment no matter how many damn times you call. No I don’t want to sell my truck. No i don’t want to leave a review even though I am doing it. No I don’t want to sell my tundra. Yes I would like my 730 appointment to actually happen at 730. No I am no interested in a special inspection of my vehicle by your sales manager so they can make me a great deal on a new vehicle that o already told you 57 times I don’t want. And lastly in case you have not figured it out I am not interested is selling or trading in my vehicle thank you.

Both Bev Smith and Kim are my go tos. Toyota has always been a great vehicle and my 2003, 2008 and 2014 Highlanders have given me the best vehicle for service and reliability. I hate the thought of getting rid of my 2014, especially at 100,000 miles still rides like a charm and looks good
